The beginnings of the company date back to 1993 by the establishment of the IRC Design Agency. Prof. Franc Kosi came up with the idea of founding it from the market needs for design and consulting services in the field of industrial refrigeration and industrial air conditioning systems. In the period since its establishment until 2008, IRC Agency has developed over 65 studies and detailed mechanical designs.
The company “Kosi & associates d.o.o.” is founded in 2008 from the need to expand its activities with the services of supervision over the building-up of mechanical installations and engineering services. Also, since 2008 assortment of our services includes designing and supervision of electrical installations, as well as the design of a systems for automatic control of cooling systems.
Company Industrial Refrigeration Care d.o.o. for design, engineering and production activities arises as the legal successor of “Kosi & associates d.o.o.” Changing the business name, expanding its activities to the practical realization of our design solutions, as well as production of special elements of thermal systems, followed also the change of the company’s headquarters into its own business facility in Altina, where we are still today.
